Common “FAQ’s” about our outdoor shade umbrellas:

1. Can you install my umbrella for me?

YES. In many instances we can. We have a large network of experienced and certified installers available to you throughout Australia. In some less metropolitan areas we may need to arrange a suitable tradesperson to complete the task for you.

2. Can I pay my umbrella off?

YES. We have easy finance options available to approved customers, making owning one of our stylish umbrellas affordable for everybody.

3. Can I recommend friends or family as new customers?

YES. And you’ll receive a reward for your efforts! In fact you can earn up to $200 in Coles Myer vouchers as a thank you for introducing each new purchasing customer.

4. Does my umbrella have a wind rating?

YES. All the way up to 210 kph! A wind rating is applied to all of our range and differs depending on the model ordered.

5. Can I use my umbrella in several locations around my home?

YES. Our Cafe range of umbrellas are light enough to be moved anywhere suitable around your home. Multiple base plates can be installed for our other centre pole and cantilever umbrellas giving you the ability to have them locatable at several favourite sites around your pool, garden or deck.

6. Can I get help with my umbrella enquiries?

YES. We have enthusiastic, friendly staff available for assistance 7 days a week on 1800 258 250.
